I love sweets. But I want to eat healthy too.
I made chia seed pudding, which is vegan, sweet but with no sugar, and healthy so that I can have sweets without guilt!ツ
Let me show you how I made!
Ingredients:
- chia seeds
- 5 times more of your choice of plant based milk than chia seed you put(I usually use soy, almond, or coconut milk but I personally prefer soy milk. I think it’s even more nutritious and healthier)
- vanilla extract
- stevia(or monk fruit powder)
- coconut chips(unsweetened)
- your choice of nut(I like to put walnut)
- your choice of fruit
Recipe:
You can put stevia as much as you want!
Put them in a tapper wear.
You can add pretty much anything you want!
Chocolate chips are good too☺︎
I like to put some banana, coconut chips, walnuts, and unsweetened cacao powder on top😋
And make your pudding look cute!
It’s so easy right?
And believe me, it’s delicious!!
It’s a chia seed pudding, so it’s very filling so you don’t feel hungry for a long time.
Even if you’ve never tried chia seeds or stevia, don’t worry. You can get them anywhere!
Stevia and monk fruit powder are more expensive, compare to regular sugar. But it’s 0 kcal and much healthier than regular sugar, so it’s absolutely worth it! And if you start making your own healthier sweets/snack at home, it’ll eventually be cheaper than buying unhealthy sweets/snacks.
